Marshmallow has added native support for Enums which makes the conversion from
me.EnumFieldtoma.Enumvery straightforward. See https://marshmallow.readthedocs.io/en/stable/marshmallow.fields.html#marshmallow.fields.Enum.Addresses issue #20
