Add a script for installing dotnet 9 under wine. There is a bug in dotnet 8 which can cause the dotnet process to fail to startup. dotnet 9 does not have this issue. We will need to update this script once dotnet 9 is released.

I'm going to merge this as we will need it eventually. We can update when the next rc is shipped. |
