Summary
Iceberg acts as storage layer in moonlink, which is irrelevant from mooncake core concepts, like mooncake table and snapshot; current implementation is not coupled with iceberg, but concept leaked everywhere.
This PR updates most of naming in moonlink, left ones will be followup later.
