What was done

Created CLAUDE.md at the repository root. The Claude code review agent reads this file during each review run. The instructions tell it to append a "Fix all issues" link at the very end of every review comment, after all individual per-issue entries.

How the link works: clicking it opens GitHub's new-issue form pre-filled with @claude please fix all the issues identified in the code review of pull request #N. Submitting the issue triggers the claude.yml workflow, which runs Claude to fix everything at once.

Note: The link cannot be added by modifying the workflow file directly (GitHub App permissions restrict edits to .github/workflows/). The CLAUDE.md approach relies on the code review agent reading and honoring the file, which it does because it runs via Claude CLI in the repo's working directory.
