Adding Claude Config Files

Blocked by sensitive-path restriction. The .claude/ directory is a sensitive path in Claude Code's security model — writes require explicit user approval, which isn't available in the automated CI context.

All files are prepared below. Two paths forward:

1. Create them manually — copy the content below into the listed paths.
2. Re-run with bypass — add bypass_permissions: true to the anthropics/claude-code-action@v1 step in .github/workflows/claude.yml, then re-trigger @claude on this issue. After the PR lands you can remove bypass_permissions again (or keep it; the trusted-author gate is the real security boundary).

Create a new chapter. `$ARGUMENTS` is the filename slug (no `.qmd`) and optionally
a title after a space (e.g. `/new-chapter intro Introduction`).

Steps:

1. Create `chapters/$ARGUMENTS.qmd` with YAML frontmatter (`title:`, `date: today`)
   and a first-level section heading matching the title.
2. Add the chapter to `_quarto.yml` under `chapters:` in a logical position.
3. Confirm it renders: `quarto render chapters/<slug>.qmd`.

Style rules (from CLAUDE.md):

- Blank line before every bullet list
- Chunk options via `#|` directives, not inline `r, opt = val`
- `code-fold: true` only when the output — not the code — is the point

Claude Code CLI (local session) is working on this — paws off until I'm done.

Done with this local session — unclaimed. Finished via PR #78 (Closes #77): added four slash commands (/render, /lint, /check, /new-chapter) and an expanded-but-tightened .claude/settings.json. Went through three rounds of @claude review to clean. The issue will auto-close when #78 merges. Paws back on.
