Replaces the image-by-image annotation with stitching and optional annotation
When the vertical extent was smaller than the reduced FoV (i.e. only a single row needed), the rows ended up as 0, and caused a zero divison exception.
The processing now accounts for roll-wise deviation of the camera. The metadata was also changed to explicitly contain the intrinsic and extrinsic parameters necessary.
