Pharma Sales KPI Analysis

Overview

End-to-end Pharma Sales KPI analysis project. I used Python for data scraping and automation, MySQL for thorough data cleaning, and Tableau to create professional KPI dashboards for sales performance monitoring and insights.

How to Run the Project

1. Clone this repository
2. Install dependencies: pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Set up MySQL database and run the SQL scripts in the sql/ folder
4. Run Python scripts in the src/ folder
5. Open the Tableau workbook (.twbx) in the tableau/ folder

Future Improvements

• Add forecasting models for future sales
• Include more advanced KPI tracking
• Expand analysis to additional regions or products
