This is a failed Java SE project, ngl, I tried to get a gui out of it in Termux via bvnc but failed. Its ment to be a browser that allows executing PyNpm in it safely. Req. Pc+apt install openjdk-8-jre or default-jre then java -jar /Navjar.jar. Anyone can carry the project, tried gave up. You can upload to it, dont mind.Privatize if removing files
