What

  • Minor fix to inferring urls in post deployment health checks
  • Adds back submodules that were accidentally dropped in an earlier PR
  • Adds veda-features-api-cdk and veda-monitoring
  • Deployment flags to allow greater control to individual repo deployments
  • Concurrency to only allow one workflow run (most recent) for an environment

How tested

  • We've been successfully using the dev/cicd for dispatches for an entire month. This PR is just book keeping to catch up the main branch.
