this does not pass "resampling" in the renders object if the value is null
the logic to not include "nearest" if that value is selected is now removed. This will make it clearer to a user.
I also allow the user to clear the select option after making one. This handles a case for pasting a renders json from ingest option and then wishing to not include the resampling option that it had used.
