The code looks good. I have a few minor changes regarding documentation and comments to add. I am working with Augusto on a LIS testcase. We also need to work on an LDT testcase. |

Description
Add runoff bias correction capability:
This is a processing step between the land model and HyMAP runs. Description is provided in lis.config.adoc and ldt.config.adoc files.
Remove evapotranspiration from LIS output reader (not used).
While reading LIS outputs to run HyMAP in offline mode, LIS was searching for evapotranspiration fields, which are no longer used in HyMAP.
