Mapped to biolink:BiologicalProcessOrActivity. Also remapped CellLineagePath to Pathway, since it's that rather than a cell line.

This PR adds the Mammalian Phenotype Ontology (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/mp), which was requested by CAM-KP (#300). As a first stab, I added just the IDs but no extra concords. This results in a bunch of single-ID PhenotypicFeature cliques that mirror existing cliques, such as:
