ginputfunc.pyto change the default GIUH ordinates for SAC-SMA and LASAM from "0.06,0.51,0.28,0.12,0.03" to "0.55,0.25,0.2" (the GIUH ordinates used for CFE). The latter includes fewer ordinates and hence is considered more reasonable for the majority of NextGen catchments which are typically small and should take fewer time steps for water to reach the channels.See more details at https://jira.nextgenwaterprediction.com/browse/NGWPC-11609
