Bumps [immer](https://github.com/immerjs/immer) to 9.0.18 and updates ancestor dependencies [immer](https://github.com/immerjs/immer), [react-dev-utils](https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/tree/HEAD/packages/react-dev-utils) and [react-scripts](https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/tree/HEAD/packages/react-scripts).
