Metrix - A server / client interface for Illumina Sequencing Metrics. Metrics are collected by parsing the binary InterOp sequencer statistics. Currently supports Illumina's HiSeq 2000 and MiSeq formats. Tested on HiSeq 2000 and MiSeq.
