…e Uppy uploader in React, and enhance OMERO import functionality - Added custom TUS implementation in `tus_views.py` to handle resumable uploads. - Created `ResumableUploader` component in React using Uppy for file uploads with drag-and-drop support. - Integrated upload success handling to trigger OMERO import after file upload completion. - Documented the integration process and configuration options for the new uploader in `uploader.md`. - Ensured admin panel toggle for enabling/disabling the new uploader feature.
