The changes make the most popular modern theme available. But it can introduce a few specific headaches if you aren't careful, as I saw in a third party software. I will take time to try it.

Are you talking about the custom css? I added that over from some of the other NCEPLIBS to match, but it's not completely necessary.

Otherwise, I'm trying to force using a newer version of Doxygen because markdown isn't working properly without it (headlines are just not showing up).
