This release contains updated code for diagnosing the vertical tilt of a vortex. The user can decide what variable to use for determining the tilt: relative vorticity, wind circulation, geopotential height, or temperature. The tracker must be run separately for each new vortex tilt variable that is to be diagnosed. The user also specifies in a separate text file what vertical levels to use. The output is written to a new text file.
