Add the sensor-ops agent skill for managing sensors, RTSP streams, recordings, snapshots, and storage via the VIOS REST API.
The skill provides curl-based operations for the full sensor lifecycle: version/health check, sensor list/add/delete, stream enumeration, recording timelines, video clip extraction, snapshot capture, and file upload/delete. Includes endpoint resolution guidance, an availability check using the lightweight sensor/version endpoint, and detailed delete flows for both RTSP and uploaded-file sensors.
