MCore bump auto-fix status for dev:

Classification: MCore broke Bridge
Evidence: PR #4324 fails L0_Launch_models_wan / gb200_L0_Launch_models_wan with TypeError: DiTSelfAttention.get_query_key_value_tensors() got an unexpected keyword argument 'head_wise_gate', and L1_Launch_models_stepfun / gb200_L1_Launch_models_stepfun with ValueError: head_wise_attn_gate and attention_output_gate cannot both be enabled (incompatible linear_qkv row layouts). The MCore dev bump range includes native Step-3.5 head-wise attention gate support.
Fix PR: #4326
Guards: added DiT head_wise_gate=True unsupported guards with TODO removal notes; added DiT cross-attention legacy MCore signature guard with TODO to remove when Megatron-Core main exposes head_wise_gate; added Step-3.5 provider capability guard with TODO to remove when Megatron-Core main exposes head_wise_attn_gate and Bridge no longer needs the attention_output_gate fallback. Removed none.
Validation: CW interactive container run uv run --no-sync python -m pytest tests/unit_tests/diffusion/model/common/test_dit_attention.py tests/unit_tests/models/stepfun/test_step35_bridge.py -q -> 67 passed, 35 warnings; UV_NO_SYNC=1 uv run pre-commit run --all-files -> all hooks passed.
Next action: review fix PR #4326 and let CI run against commit 08e24e7173968b2a5ed3ed354013d7f4abf12cbe.
