Evaluate cspell for code spell checking

Description:

Add a stub configuration and run cspell on whole DALI (without jupyter notebooks),
showcasing some stub dictionaries that would need to be expanded.

Capture the list of words unknown to any cspell dictionary (those might be names,
test strings, some layout patterns, truncated variable names and proper misspellings
in the comments).

Generating such file takes around 1 minute on my machine with the current config.
