The UCI Machine Learning Repository (
https://archive.ics.uci.edu) has an expired SSL certificate, which causes lychee link checking to fail.This replaces the example Iris dataset citation URL in
docs/notebook_template.ipynbwith the equivalent Kaggle mirror athttps://www.kaggle.com/datasets/uciml/iris, which is UCI's official Kaggle presence hosting the same dataset.
