This PR updates the test configuration for
quantinuumnext-gen integration tests by increasing the maximum allowed cost to ensure that test can execute successfully.Fix for following error seen in the integration tests run on CI:
Job failed due to depleted credits. Please check your max-cost setting or the account credits.
