Description

Adds the complete nemoclaw-enterprise-nvteam package to the personal community sentiment example. The seven role lenses cover product, delivery, engineering, quality, operations, secure agentic access, and developer relations with evidence-bounded recommendations.

The package is byte-for-byte identical to validated source revision b87038405fd7d9646dba57c367f54d86ca4d933d and relative-file tree SHA-256 c56197cd06e929233c6de92a89c4cccae4682ff587888b4b71f3788297fdd6d1. Its compact discovery metadata leads with the product, TPM, engineering, QA, SRE, security, and DevRel triggers so automatic routing does not depend on the persona roster fitting in a shortened preview. It includes only the synthetic authority schema/example; authority weighting remains disabled without a separately provisioned valid registry.

Also updates the skill table, SOUL routing guidance, and role-first verification for all seven lenses: the PM person (River), TPM person (Quinn), backend and systems engineering person (Akira), QA person (Robin), SRE person (Alex), security person (Morgan), and DevRel/TME person (Parker). The verification includes both PM person (River) activation forms, the sparse-evidence product case, and one substantive prompt for every other lens. It also updates the collective-wisdom baked-skill allowlists. These labels describe role lenses, not real people, separate agents, models, or configurations.

The Dockerfile remains unchanged because it already copies the skills directory recursively.

This remains a draft until the full shared-install behavioral and live-channel gates pass.

Verification

  • python scripts/check_license_headers.py --check
  • git diff --check
  • sentiment example shell syntax checks
  • Python 3.11 compilation of the sentiment example
  • skill package validator
  • synthetic authority registry validator
  • Enterprise and Community package trees are byte-for-byte identical
  • role-first documentation covers all seven NVTeam lenses
  • focused non-live River and S08 behavior gates pass 3/3 with no automatic failure
  • fail-closed Enterprise qualification harness covers the frozen 64-session / 74-turn gate
  • corrected role-first candidate passes the full live shared-install gate
  • matched Vanilla baseline and candidate meet the score floors and +2 mean-lift gate
  • live Slack activation, continuation, routing, handoff, denial, authority-disabled, and nonce-canary evidence passes

Release And Compliance

  • No secrets, local .env files, private certificates, snapshots, or token caches are included.
  • No third-party dependency changes are introduced.
  • Public documentation contains no internal-only links or private workspace details.
  • Every commit includes DCO sign-off.
