It was found that using
fpmto regenerate the packages with SHA256 digests injects non-emptypretransscriptlets (see #1550). This change switches to usingrpmrebuildoverfpmto ensure that the packages have the correct digests in oder to address this.I tested the packages in a container running on a FIPS-enabled host to ensure that the packages can be installed.
