Add Warmup APIs #5
Description
Add compile_warmup (module level, generic pre-JIT) and execute_warmup (caller-provided per-kernel launch hooks for realistic shapes / data). It should not be too much more work to also persist JIT to disk. The storage abstraction should be a trait with an object store-like interface.
