fail to build/compile, CUDA compile warning

on Window 10,using:
cuda 11.6.1_511.65
cmake-3.22.2
Visual studio 2019 community

I have already sync the 2 git sub module,

i ran into problem during "cmake --build build --config RelWithDebInfo -j 16"
"ngp: :MAX_DIST_SQ" was declared but never used in npg.vcxproj , then calling a host function from ... is not allowed
then later on, canno t declare members other than non-static data... in npg.vcxproj
