Privileged Mode Issues When Deploying Sionna via Docker on the Ubuntu

In the `run-docker` command of the Makefile, `--privileged=true` is set. Is it necessary to enable privileged mode? What role does this play in the Sionna simulation? I tried running it without privileged mode, and Sionna could still be imported normally. I was also able to run the official mobile tutorial, and the computation results did not show any errors.
