DLL load failed PLEASE HELP

Hello, I have been trying to run StyleGAN3 on my PC, but I always encounter this error:

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing bias_act_plugin: The specified module could not be found

I tried running it on both my laptop and my main PC, but I get the same error. I have checked the answers in this old post #88, but none of them worked for me. In total, I have spent 8 hours trying to fix this 😭. Can someone please help me?

I am using Windows 11 and CUDA 11.8.
