This project presents a comprehensive Power BI dashboard designed to track and analyze key metrics of multiple construction projects — including tasks, timelines, and budgets.
The dashboard provides actionable insights to help project managers monitor performance, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Displays total tasks, completion rate, and project performance summary.
- Charts include:
- Tasks by status (Completed, In Progress, Not Started, Blocked)
- Monthly task completion trends
- Task breakdown by project and priority
- Tracks task progress over time using a Gantt-style visualization.
- Highlights:
- Task names, start dates, and due dates
- Assigned team members
- Priority and completion status
- Compares Total Budget vs. Amount Spent by project and activity.
- Shows:
- Budget utilization and remaining percentage
- Cumulative budget trend
- Breakdown by project (Office Tower, Warehouse, Shopping Complex, etc.)
