Gaining independence

By rebellion

Separatist rebels should win over government army to achieve independence. If they win they will gain all their's core provinces from old country. Also, that new country will gain all inventions from old country (but will keep own reforms). Separatist would't rebel if their country still exist. In that case they rather will immigrate to their motherland.

By granting independence

Player could give independence to provinces with aliens cores. This will bring to life country with no province. In that case newly created country will keep it's old inventions and reforms (except government type which will be copied from old master). Also this would give very good relations for both countries.
