Release 1.1: FY22 Q4

This release contains a general update and consolidation of our documentation, the addition of the MIT open-source license, and some work preparatory to implementing the graphical user interface updates. The updated web documentation can be viewed on GitHub Pages, and a PDF copy of the updated documentation is attached below.
