Re-designed external dashboard, new portal dashboard

Major new functionalities added:

• The external dashboard has gone through several design iterations
• Brand new dashboard (based on the external one) added to the NGI Order Portal
• The internal dashboard is now 95-ish % complete. All the KPIs are implemented, but some screen real-estate is still empty / non-functioning.

Initial Release

First release for end of Process Flow Revisited sprint.

Internal dashboard deployed and running, though missing a few plots.
