It should call `get_neuron_bodyids` with the `NeuronAttribute` "class_1" which gets converted to a connectome-specific attribute later
If `nodes` was supplied, they would be returned even if they weren't valid BodyIds

Here are fixes for a few small bugs I found.
I hope each commit is small / focused enough to be easy to understand!
To make things easier, could we merge #53 into this before merging this into dev / main (because I based that on this branch)? Thanks!
