Version bump 0.3.1 → 0.3.2.
Why
Ships the #2 stack (JVM module discovery, package-declaration index, Java/Kotlin import edges at high confidence) to PyPI. Maintainer release chore per CONTRIBUTING.
Testing
49 tests green; google/gson scan validates 110 JVM edges end-to-end with zero fabricated main→test edges.
