You can now add a new policy to each watch-only address that makes automatic, daily payments to a specified address, based on how much the watch-only address has received.
Shown only as a hover text, on the icon indicating an armed policy.
Record a payment history element on these watch-only policy-sends. That populates history with recipient, fee etc.
The standard releases the updater points at do not carry the watch-only payout-policy feature, so an upgrade prompt would invite users to a build that strips it. All update surfaces go quiet: no startup modal, no sidebar badge, and the About page states that checks are disabled.
