It's not working consistently for me. Initializing CCFWidget with selected_allen_ids = [ ] still shows all regions, and after selecting a region, turning off all regions (e.g. using selected_allen_ids = [ ]) still leaves the surface on. Setting surfaces = [] seems to fix the problem, so I think it's due to the surfaces not being properly updated. |
