Let's keep it at 8. People complain about 3v4 all the time, don't want to officially suggesting capping then.

Hm, i don't think 3v4 complaints happen often. It seems to me most players have no issues playing 3v3 and 3v4. In pubs it's basically canon to wait until 3v3 and be fine with 3v4.
If someone reacts to others playing 3v4, it's often (i would even say always) a matter of not knowing that everyone else is fine with playing. Then they switch from being concerned that 3v4 is unfair to being happy they can start enjoying the game sooner.
Personally, i believe the pro of starting to play sooner (at 3v3) far outweighs the inconvenience of some confusion (which there would be even less if you officially endorsed 3v3+ :) ).
In the end, it's not my game so i of course won't force anything, i just do hope i nudged your stance a bit.
This is my first pull request: do i have to make whatever the agreed-upon change is, or can you just edit my PR if you want?

While both modding and replays are super cool, we don't officially support these. Also this is aimed at newer players.
