⚙️ Setup & Installation

1. Clone the Repository

git clone <repository-url>

cd BusinessRecoveryAssistant

2. Install Dependencies

Frontend

npm install

Backend

cd backend

npm install

3. Configure Environment Variables

The frontend environment variables are already provided in the repository.

Create a .env file inside the backend directory and add the following variables.

MONGODB_URI=YOUR_MONGODB_URI

GEMINI_API_KEY=YOUR_GCP_GEMINI_API_KEY

PORT=5000

Note

The MongoDB Atlas URI and Google Gemini (GCP) API Key are provided below in this README. Copy them into the backend .env file before running the project.
