Description of changes
Removed throttled because i could not track down if the issue is still relevant and undervolting everyone cpu's because it "could" be better is not really a good idea. Moved to the Kaby lake configuration for more accurate cpu/gpu config, enabled fwupd because it support this thinkpad and thermald for better temps management. Also i am not enabling fprintd because not all the submodel of T480s have a fingerprint reader
