These Chromebooks are laptops with ssds based on alder-lake platforms.

Description of changes

Add rudimentary support for brya chromebooks.

Things done

Added laptop, ssd, and alderlake configurations to a config file.

Things to potentially do:

• Add patches for better audio support (Chromebooks have quirks that apply widely)
• Add in some deamons that are useful for Chromebooks. This however appears to violate the constraint of avoiding being opinionated.

• Tested the changes in your own NixOS Configuration
• Tested the changes end-to-end by using your fork of nixos-hardware and
  importing it via <nixos-hardware> or Flake input
