python312Packages.langchain-chroma: fix broken tests

Description of changes

1. Mark test_chroma_async as an async test. Not doing this was causing warnings and breaking the following test.
2. Added sarahec as maintainer.

• Tested basic functionality of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
