1. Disabled test_chroma_update_document

This is part of langchain-chroma's integration tests which are also broken in the source repo. Their makefile doesn't run these tests, so I have cause to believe they're unmaintained.

This particular test breaks the build unpredictability. (So flaky and broken!)

• 24.11 Release Notes (or backporting 23.11 and 24.05 Release notes)
  • (Package updates) Added a release notes entry if the change is major or breaking
  • (Module updates) Added a release notes entry if the change is significant
  • (Module addition) Added a release notes entry if adding a new NixOS module
