Fixed

• Autocorrect skips quoted forms.
• Autocorrect only saves non-empty files.
• Autocorrect removes all rules that don't have :autocorrect.
• --interactive has been added to the CLI options, making it usable. (oops)
• --interactive now applies :autocorrect so it doesn't need to be specified.
