This PR adds config option instanceDenylist to ignore homebridge instances in exposing as in homebridge-gsh. Although is functionally equivalent to filter option which is now able to specify ip and port, I need this to keep config compatible to homebridge-gsh. config.schema.json is also revised to support in optional setting. But need to review the location since filter option is in advanced setting.
