- Service checker can now be correctly disabled.
- Individual Health Checks can now be disabled.
- Disabled Health checks appear correctly in the UI.
- Failed unstable uploads should fail the GitHub workflow now.
- Updated all text translations to use the term 'Health Checks' instead of 'Service Checks'.
