Hey all,

I am Ivan and toghether with a friend we are trying to help new people get up-to-speed. This said we think that visuals are always the best first step, so in this PR i have generated high-level diagrams for the torchsurv repository. You can see how these documents would look like if you accept the PR here: https://github.com/CodeBoarding/GeneratedOnBoardings/blob/main/torchsurv/on_boarding.md

I would love to hear how you go about on-boarding people to new codebases in novartis, it would be awesome to hear if what we do can help you with that!

Any sort of feedback is more than welcome!

Full disclosure: we're trying to turn this into a startup, but we're still in a very early stage and figuring out what will actually be useful for people.

@ivanmilevtues thank you for suggesting the use graph / diagram to better understand the codebase. I will check with the dev team on this.

Meanwhile I would be happy to discuss with you if you are interested (IM me on linkedin to exchange email?), I would like to better understand what you are trying to achieve and maybe reuse some of what you did here in this PR (It would need quite some modifications in this current state before being merged).
