Release - 0.0.4

This release has a major rewrite of external interfacing to the SFML binding.

The engine itself no longer depends on SFML and thus it's possible to support other engines such as SDL etc.

This is crucial for Novelate to work with existing games etc.

Initial Release - 0.0.3

This is the release that should be able to build.
