Adds the latest version of our own packages to the check-nn-versions workflow.
This way it now correctly checks if a package will work on the locked versions, since all our other own-developed packages will also be available here.
Packages are hosted on R-universe and controlled via novonordisk-opensource.r-universe.dev.
