We now have a number of elements which permit
id,class,style, and simply contain a list of elements, like aContainer.This PR adds
StyledContainer, to avoid code duplication betweenElements which simply follow this pattern.Also renames "bold" to "strong" and "italics" to "emphasis" since these are the HTML tags outputted.
